Delivery is free for France. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for mainland France, 6 to 10 days for Overseas, except in cases of force majeure from the date of shipment.
We deliver in France and abroad with the Colissimo postal service or UPS.

You will be able to follow the progress of your delivery using the post office's online tool and the tracking number that will be issued to you when you order.

We will not be held responsible in the event that a package arrives at your home damaged. In fact, from the moment the package is taken care of by the carrier, the latter is responsible for the package.

Deliveries made outside mainland France will be made by Colissimo international and may be subject to taxes and customs fees which will be the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.

To the extent that the Seller cannot know in advance the amount of customs fees which the Buyer must, where applicable, pay for the delivery of the Products outside Metropolitan France, the latter is invited to inquire about the amount. customs duties that he will have to pay.

RECEPTION

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier.

Signing the delivery note constitutes acceptance. In the event that you refuse the package or express reservations, you must also inform us by email or post, within a maximum period of 3 days following delivery.

If for reasons deemed valid you do not accept the package, then, and after verification, we will make a new delivery of the similar product (if the procedure has been respected and if the reservations are proven).

RETURN & REFUND

Please complete the return form and insert it in your package.

You have fourteen (14) days to return your jersey to us from the date of receipt of the order. You can then either have an exchange, or a refund. The returned Product must be in its original packaging (pouch with accessories, sanitary strips), in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all possible accessories.

The refund will be made within the legal period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal and provided that the item is returned to us.

Return the item following the conditions listed below.

The returned item must meet the refund conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging, and not have been used.
Any product which is damaged and/or incomplete and whose original packaging is altered will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The amount will depend on where you are located.
The items will be returned by Colissimo or UPS.

If all conditions are met, then you will be refunded the full amount of your order (item price)

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used when placing your order.

Any package sent to another address will be refused and will therefore not be processed.
If we have made an error when preparing your package, then we will cover the return delivery costs and reship the correct item to you at our expense.
