Delivery is free for France. Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of order.

Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for metropolitan France, 6 to 10 days for overseas territories, except in cases of force majeure, from the date of dispatch.

We deliver in France and abroad with the colissimo service of the post office or UPS.

You can track the progress of your delivery using the Post Office's online tool and the tracking number given to you when you place your order.

We will not be held responsible if a parcel arrives damaged. From the moment the parcel is picked up by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the parcel.

Deliveries outside mainland France will be made by Colissimo international and may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.

Insofar as the Vendor cannot know in advance the amount of customs duties which the Buyer may have to pay for the delivery of Products outside Metropolitan France, the Buyer is invited to enquire about the amount of customs duties he will have to pay.

RECEPTION

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier.

Signing the delivery note constitutes acceptance. If you refuse the parcel or have any reservations, you must also inform us by e-mail or post within 3 days of delivery.

If, for valid reasons, you do not accept the parcel, then, after verification, we will make a new delivery of the similar product (if the procedure has been respected and if the reservations are proven).

RETURN & REFUND

During our clearance sales, items are neither returned nor exchanged.

Please complete the return form and insert it in your parcel.

You have fourteen (14) days to return your jersey from the date of receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You will then be entitled to either an exchange or a refund. The returned product must be in its original packaging (pouch with accessories, hygiene strips), in perfect condition, fit for resale, unused and with all accessories.

Reimbursement will be made within the legal period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal, provided that the item is returned to us.

Return the item according to the conditions listed below.

The returned item must meet the conditions for reimbursement:
the item must be in its original packaging, and must not have been used.
Any product that is damaged and/or incomplete, and whose original packaging has been tampered with, will not be reimbursed.
You are responsible for return postage costs. The amount will depend on your location.
Items will be returned by Colissimo or UPS.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for mismatched shirts, as our shirts are only sold as a set. Top and bottom must be returned together for an exchange.

If all conditions are met, you will be refunded the total amount of your order (item price).

Refunds will be made by the same means of payment used for your order.

Any parcel sent to another address will be refused and will not be processed.
If we have made a mistake in preparing your parcel, we will pay the return delivery costs and reship the correct item at our expense.
